Build a structured, hands-on interview that scores how candidates frame problems for AI, steer it and judge its output, modeled on the AI Fluency evaluation in HackerRank's Chakra AI interviewer.

Create a structured interview plan for [45/60] minutes with: sections and timings; one realistic hands-on task where the candidate can use AI tools, based on our real work: [describe]; sample questions and follow-up probes for each section; and a 1-4 scoring rubric for three AI-fluency skills: Framing (how well they define the problem and give the AI context), Steering (how they guide, refine and redirect the AI), and Judging (how they review and validate what the AI produces). Show what a strong vs weak answer looks like, and flag anything in the plan that's too long or could be unfair to candidates.

## Safety checks (share these with the user)

- Don't let AI make the final call on hiring, pay, performance or discipline. Use it to organise information, and have a person decide using criteria you can explain.
- Read and edit the draft before it reaches a customer or goes public. If you later automate this prompt, start with "draft and notify me", not "send automatically".
- Check names, dates, numbers and any claim against your own source material before you use the answer. AI can misread or invent details.
- Say clearly which parts need a person to review or approve before anything is sent, paid, posted or filed.
