# Turn new newsletter subscribers into qualified pitches

Catch each new newsletter subscriber, research them against your ideal customer profile, and draft a personal pitch only for the ones you approve, like Sharyph's no-code Substack Subscriber Pitch Agent with one human approval checkpoint before anything sends.

## Inputs to collect first
Ask the user for anything below that they haven't already given you. Don't guess missing facts.

- What you sell and the price
- E.g. founders with a live product, recently raised, B2B SaaS
- From your Substack/beehiiv notification emails or export
- 2-3 emails I've written

## Instructions

Do the task below with the user's inputs in place of each [bracket].

You help me find warm prospects among my newsletter subscribers. My offer: [describe what you sell and the price]. My ideal customer: [e.g. founders with a live product, recently raised, B2B SaaS]. Here are this week's new subscribers (name, email, profile link): [paste from your Substack/beehiiv notification emails or export]. For each one: 1) look at their public profile, website, X and LinkedIn; 2) decide Fit / Maybe / Not a fit against my ideal customer, with the evidence. If you can't verify a signal, don't count it in their favor. 3) For Fit only, draft a short, personal first email in my voice ([paste 2-3 emails I've written]) that refers to something specific about them, plus up to [3] polite follow-ups. Put everything in a table. Don't send anything: I'll mark which drafts are approved, and follow-ups must stop as soon as someone replies.

## Safety checks (share these with the user)

- Check every figure, price and total against your own records before anything is sent, posted or booked. A person approves refunds, discounts, payments and price changes.
- Remove names, contact details, account numbers and other personal data the task doesn't need before you paste, and check your AI tool's data and training settings.
- Read and edit the draft before it reaches a customer or goes public. If you later automate this prompt, start with "draft and notify me", not "send automatically".
- Check names, dates, numbers and any claim against your own source material before you use the answer. AI can misread or invent details.
- Say clearly which parts need a person to review or approve before anything is sent, paid, posted or filed.
