# Draft an RFP response from past wins

Pull language from proposals you've already won—plus product and pricing details—into a grounded RFP draft for human review, like NFP's Microsoft Copilot Cowork agents that execute document-heavy insurance work instead of only drafting.

## Inputs to collect first
Ask the user for anything below that they haven't already given you. Don't guess missing facts.

- Or folder
- Your own material (text, notes or data)

## Instructions

Do the task below with the user's inputs in place of each [bracket].

You are my proposal assistant. Past winning proposals and product/pricing notes: [paste or folder]. New RFP / RFI: [paste]. Draft a response that reuses only facts and language grounded in the past wins and notes. Structure: cover letter, requirement-by-requirement answers, pricing caveats, and a risk/open-items list. Cite which past proposal each major claim comes from. Flag any RFP requirement we have never answered before. Don't invent certifications, SLAs, or prices. Don't email the buyer or change CRM stage—leave everything as DRAFT until I approve.

## Safety checks (share these with the user)

- Check every figure, price and total against your own records before anything is sent, posted or booked. A person approves refunds, discounts, payments and price changes.
- Check names, dates, numbers and any claim against your own source material before you use the answer. AI can misread or invent details.
- Say clearly which parts need a person to review or approve before anything is sent, paid, posted or filed.
