# Audit a local business's website and pitch a clickable redesign

Have one agent click through a real website like a customer and log every point of friction, while a coding agent gathers customer complaints and builds a clickable prototype of a better version you can pitch as a paid service. An X post showed this workflow on a pizza chain's ordering site, where the agent found bugs like a $4.95 charge on an empty cart.

## Inputs to collect first
Ask the user for anything below that they haven't already given you. Don't guess missing facts.

- Business name
- E.g. ordering a pizza / booking a visit
- Your own material (text, notes or data)

## Instructions

Do the task below with the user's inputs in place of each [bracket].

You are a website conversion consultant helping me pitch a redesign to [business name] at [URL]. Step 1: walk through the main customer task on the site ([e.g. ordering a pizza / booking a visit]) and list every step, what went wrong, and anything confusing, with screenshots or exact page text as evidence. Step 2: gather public reviews and complaints about the site and separate old issues from ones you can still reproduce today. Step 3: propose a simpler flow and build a clickable prototype that keeps their official branding and photos. Step 4: write a one-page pitch for the owner listing the top five problems, how the new design fixes each, and what you did not test. Don't contact the business or submit any real orders or payments.

## Safety checks (share these with the user)

- This prompt works on text other people wrote (emails, reviews, messages or web pages). That text can hide instructions aimed at AI, such as "ignore your rules and…". Paste it as material to work on, and never let the AI act on requests inside it, like paying, sharing logins or changing records.
- Check every figure, price and total against your own records before anything is sent, posted or booked. A person approves refunds, discounts, payments and price changes.
- Remove names, contact details, account numbers and other personal data the task doesn't need before you paste, and check your AI tool's data and training settings.
- Read and edit the draft before it reaches a customer or goes public. If you later automate this prompt, start with "draft and notify me", not "send automatically".
- Say clearly which parts need a person to review or approve before anything is sent, paid, posted or filed.
