# Answer every catering or event inquiry fast, even when you're not there

Restaurants and venues lose catering and private-event bookings when inquiries sit until the owner is back in the building. One restaurant owner shared on Oct 21, 2026 that putting written checklists, event runbooks and an AI agent on every inquiry took catering from 1 or 2 bookings a month to 7 to 12.
