# Stop your AI agents from quietly waiting on you: get one daily list of every question, approval and correction they need, sorted by what's blocking the most work

Once you run several AI agents, the slowest part is often you. Casey (@mylifenthestack) wrote on X (Oct 23, 2026), responding to Pawel Jozefiak's post on agent fatigue, that their agents handle the work but every approval and correction still comes back to them, and they found 15 questions waiting that they'd never seen. This prompt turns the scattered asks from your agents, chats and tools into one short daily decision list so nothing sits unanswered.

## Inputs to collect first
Ask the user for anything below that they haven't already given you. Don't guess missing facts.

- , e.g. an email agent, a coding agent, a social media scheduler…
- 24 hours
- Your own material (text, notes or data)

## Instructions

Do the task below with the user's inputs in place of each [bracket].

I use these AI agents and tools: [list, e.g. an email agent, a coding agent, a social media scheduler, Zapier automations]. Below I've pasted everything from the last [24 hours] where they asked me something or are waiting on me: messages, notifications, approval requests, drafts awaiting review. [paste]. Make me one decision list. For each item: which agent, what it needs from me in one line, what's blocked until I answer, and a suggested answer I can approve with a yes. Sort by how much work it's blocking. Group anything I can answer the same way into one batch. Then suggest up to 3 standing rules I could give my agents so they stop asking me about the same kind of thing (for example, approve refunds under $20), and flag anything that should always stay with me. Don't send or approve anything yourself.

## Safety checks (share these with the user)

- Check every figure, price and total against your own records before anything is sent, posted or booked. A person approves refunds, discounts, payments and price changes.
- Read and edit the draft before it reaches a customer or goes public. If you later automate this prompt, start with "draft and notify me", not "send automatically".
- Check names, dates, numbers and any claim against your own source material before you use the answer. AI can misread or invent details.
- Say clearly which parts need a person to review or approve before anything is sent, paid, posted or filed.
