# Follow up with every open-house visitor the same evening, with a different message for buyers, neighbours and visitors who already have an agent

Open-house sign-in sheets often sit in a folder for days. This prompt sorts the sign-ins by type and drafts a personal same-day follow-up for each group, using what you noted about each visitor, plus a short summary you can send the seller.

## Inputs to collect first
Ask the user for anything below that they haven't already given you. Don't guess missing facts.

- Ress
- Your own material (text, notes or data)

## Instructions

Do the task below with the user's inputs in place of each [bracket].

Here are today's open-house sign-ins for [address]: [paste: name, email/phone, has an agent? (yes/no), notes I took, e.g. 'loved the kitchen, worried about street noise', 'neighbour, thinking of selling next spring']. Property highlights and price: [list]. Sort visitors into: active buyers without an agent, buyers with an agent, neighbours, and other. For each person, draft a short follow-up (email or text, whichever contact I have) that mentions something specific from my notes. For buyers without an agent, offer one useful next step (disclosures, a second showing, similar homes). For buyers with an agent, keep it to a thank-you and say I'm happy to send details to their agent; don't solicit them. For neighbours, offer a free valuation chat only if my notes say they're curious. Then write a 5-line summary for the seller: number of groups, common positives, common objections (in their words), and any likely offers. Don't invent feedback that isn't in my notes.

## Safety checks (share these with the user)

- Check every figure, price and total against your own records before anything is sent, posted or booked. A person approves refunds, discounts, payments and price changes.
- Remove names, contact details, account numbers and other personal data the task doesn't need before you paste, and check your AI tool's data and training settings.
- Read and edit the draft before it reaches a customer or goes public. If you later automate this prompt, start with "draft and notify me", not "send automatically".
- Check names, dates, numbers and any claim against your own source material before you use the answer. AI can misread or invent details.
- Say clearly which parts need a person to review or approve before anything is sent, paid, posted or filed.
