# Plan a week of posts for a new listing, then a just-sold post, from one set of listing facts

Agents need several different posts for each listing (coming soon, just listed, open house, feature close-ups, just sold) and usually rewrite the same facts each time. This prompt produces the whole set at once, in your voice, with photo suggestions and the brokerage disclosure you add.

## Inputs to collect first
Ask the user for anything below that they haven't already given you. Don't guess missing facts.

- Ress or area, price, beds, baths, key features, open-house…
- Instagram / Facebook / LinkedIn
- Your own material (text, notes or data)

## Instructions

Do the task below with the user's inputs in place of each [bracket].

From these listing facts: [address or area, price, beds, baths, key features, open-house date/time, my name and brokerage, required brokerage disclosure text], write 7 posts for [Instagram / Facebook / LinkedIn]: 1) coming soon, 2) just listed, 3) open-house invitation, 4) two feature posts (pick the 2 most photogenic features and suggest which photo to use), 5) a neighbourhood post about nearby amenities (only ones I list here: [list]), 6) a just-sold template with blanks for the final details. Each under 120 words with up to 5 relevant hashtags. Describe the home, not the ideal buyer (no 'perfect for families' or similar). Keep the price and facts identical across posts, and end each with my disclosure line.

## Safety checks (share these with the user)

- Check every figure, price and total against your own records before anything is sent, posted or booked. A person approves refunds, discounts, payments and price changes.
- Read and edit the draft before it reaches a customer or goes public. If you later automate this prompt, start with "draft and notify me", not "send automatically".
- Check names, dates, numbers and any claim against your own source material before you use the answer. AI can misread or invent details.
- Say clearly which parts need a person to review or approve before anything is sent, paid, posted or filed.
