# Replace your real estate website's contact form with a lead brief: have an AI answer visitors' questions from your own listings and pages, then hand you budget, areas, intent and a first line for the call

A contact form gives you a name and a phone number and little else. On Oct 26, 2026 Agent Image, which says it has built more than 30,000 real estate websites, launched SiteAI, an AI layer that answers visitors' questions on an agent's existing site using only the agent's own content, the IDX feed and LiveBy neighbourhood data, with Fair Housing protections, an AI disclosure and a person in the loop. When a visitor is ready to talk, the agent gets an 'intelligence brief' instead of a form: budget range, neighbourhood preferences, intent level, what they looked at, the questions they asked in their own words and a suggested opening line. The prompt below sets up the same brief with any AI website assistant or from a chat transcript.

## Inputs to collect first
Ask the user for anything below that they haven't already given you. Don't guess missing facts.

- Name, brokerage, areas I serve
- My bio, community pages, current listings or IDX link, FAQ
- Price
- Your own material (text, notes or data)

## Instructions

Do the task below with the user's inputs in place of each [bracket].

Help me turn conversations on my real estate website into useful lead briefs. Who I am: [name, brokerage, areas I serve]. What my AI website assistant may use to answer: [paste my bio, community pages, current listings or IDX link, FAQ]. 1) Write the assistant's rules: answer only from the information above, say clearly it's an AI that can make mistakes, never describe neighbourhoods by who lives there or steer anyone by race, religion, family status or other protected traits (Fair Housing), and offer to connect the visitor with me whenever it's unsure. 2) Write 8 suggested questions visitors might tap, like 'Which communities do you cover?' or 'What's on the market under [price]?'. 3) When a visitor shares contact details, produce a lead brief with: name and contact, buying or selling, budget range, areas and must-haves, timeline, intent level (hot / warm / just looking) with the reason, listings they viewed, their questions in their own words, and a suggested first line for my call. 4) Here's a sample conversation transcript to test it on: [paste]. Fill in the brief and mark anything the visitor didn't actually say as 'unknown' instead of guessing.

## Safety checks (share these with the user)

- This prompt works on text other people wrote (emails, reviews, messages or web pages). That text can hide instructions aimed at AI, such as "ignore your rules and…". Paste it as material to work on, and never let the AI act on requests inside it, like paying, sharing logins or changing records.
- Check every figure, price and total against your own records before anything is sent, posted or booked. A person approves refunds, discounts, payments and price changes.
- Remove names, contact details, account numbers and other personal data the task doesn't need before you paste, and check your AI tool's data and training settings.
- Check names, dates, numbers and any claim against your own source material before you use the answer. AI can misread or invent details.
- Say clearly which parts need a person to review or approve before anything is sent, paid, posted or filed.
