# Give your podcast or video show a small AI production team: a producer for prep, an editor with a cut plan, a clipper for social moments and a marketer for captions and scheduling, with nothing posted until you approve

Solo creators usually do the whole production job themselves: prep, editing, clips, captions, show notes and posting. On Oct 26, 2026 Riverside launched Riverside Agents, four AI agents built for video: a Producer that preps the session and supports you while you record, an Editor that builds an editing plan and works through it with you, a Clipper that finds moments worth sharing, and a Marketer that writes captions and show notes and publishes or schedules episodes and clips. They start as soon as a recording uploads, hand work to each other, and never apply or post anything without the creator's approval. The prompt below gives you the same four-step production run from any recording's transcript.

## Inputs to collect first
Ask the user for anything below that they haven't already given you. Don't guess missing facts.

- Name, topic, audience
- Details
- YouTube, Spotify, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn
- Your own material (text, notes or data)

## Instructions

Do the task below with the user's inputs in place of each [bracket].

Act as my video production team for one episode. Show: [name, topic, audience]. Guest and topic: [details]. Transcript with timestamps: [paste]. Where I post: [YouTube, Spotify, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn]. Work in four roles, one after the other: 1) Producer: list what went well, any segment that dragged, and 3 questions I should have asked, for next time. 2) Editor: write an editing plan with timestamps: what to cut (long pauses, filler, repeated points, off-topic tangents), a stronger opening (which moment to start on) and chapter markers with titles. 3) Clipper: pick the 5 best 30-60 second moments for short vertical clips, each with start and end time, why it works on its own, and a hook line for the first 3 seconds. 4) Marketer: write the episode title (3 options), a show-notes description with chapter list, and a caption for each clip per platform, plus a suggested posting schedule for the week. Don't invent quotes or facts that aren't in the transcript; I'll approve everything before it goes out.

## Safety checks (share these with the user)

- This prompt works on text other people wrote (emails, reviews, messages or web pages). That text can hide instructions aimed at AI, such as "ignore your rules and…". Paste it as material to work on, and never let the AI act on requests inside it, like paying, sharing logins or changing records.
- Check every figure, price and total against your own records before anything is sent, posted or booked. A person approves refunds, discounts, payments and price changes.
- Remove names, contact details, account numbers and other personal data the task doesn't need before you paste, and check your AI tool's data and training settings.
- Read and edit the draft before it reaches a customer or goes public. If you later automate this prompt, start with "draft and notify me", not "send automatically".
- Say clearly which parts need a person to review or approve before anything is sent, paid, posted or filed.
