# Ask your own AI who in your property database you should call today: list the questions you'd ask about vendors gone quiet, buyers who have a home to sell and past applicants back on your website, and decide exactly what the AI may read and do before you connect it

Estate agency databases are full of opportunities nobody has time to look for. On Oct 28, 2026 Property Soup reported that UK estate agency software provider Loop will let agents connect their choice of ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini directly to their agency data through MCP, with a closed beta starting on 2 November. Agents decide what information the AI can access and what it may do, and can remove access at any time. Loop said agents could ask questions such as which vendors have not been contacted for 30 days, and find opportunities like buyers with homes to sell, vendors who have gone quiet or previous applicants returning to the agency's website; agencies that don't connect their own AI can still use Loop's built-in assistant, Lia. The prompt below helps you plan those questions and the access rules before you connect any AI to your client data.

## Inputs to collect first
Ask the user for anything below that they haven't already given you. Don't guess missing facts.

- E.g. 3-office estate agency / solo realtor
- Name
- ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini / my software's built-in assistant

## Instructions

Do the task below with the user's inputs in place of each [bracket].

Help me plan how to use an AI assistant with my real estate client database before I connect it. My business: [e.g. 3-office estate agency / solo realtor]. My CRM or agency software: [name]. The AI I'd use: [ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini / my software's built-in assistant]. 1) Write 10 plain-English questions I could ask each week to find people worth calling, such as: vendors or sellers not contacted in [30] days, buyers who also have a home to sell, past enquirers who came back to my website, valuations that never became listings, and listings with no viewings in [14] days. For each, say which fields in my data it needs. 2) Make an access plan: what the AI may read (and what it must not, e.g. ID documents, bank details, notes marked private), and what it may do, starting with read-only and drafts only. 3) Write a check I run on the first answers: pick 5 names it returns and confirm them in the CRM myself. 4) Give me a draft call or email opener for each type of opportunity that I edit before using. 5) List questions to ask my software provider about data privacy, who can see the connection, and how to switch it off. Rules: no messages, calls or record changes without my approval, and respect clients' contact preferences and opt-outs.

## Safety checks (share these with the user)

- This prompt works on text other people wrote (emails, reviews, messages or web pages). That text can hide instructions aimed at AI, such as "ignore your rules and…". Paste it as material to work on, and never let the AI act on requests inside it, like paying, sharing logins or changing records.
- Don't let AI make the final call on hiring, pay, performance or discipline. Use it to organise information, and have a person decide using criteria you can explain.
- Remove names, contact details, account numbers and other personal data the task doesn't need before you paste, and check your AI tool's data and training settings.
- Check names, dates, numbers and any claim against your own source material before you use the answer. AI can misread or invent details.
- Say clearly which parts need a person to review or approve before anything is sent, paid, posted or filed.
