# Run your online store from one command center: connect your shop, ads, email, support and bank tools to an AI that reads and drafts everything, sends you a daily brief on your phone, and changes nothing without your yes

On Oct 30, 2026 consumer brand owner and investor Andrew Jennings listed on X the roughly 24 tools he says now do most of the marketing, operations and reporting work across his brands: Shopify, ShipMonk and Gorgias for the store, stock and support; Triple Whale, Kleio and Mercury for numbers and banking; Klaviyo, Meta and Google ads, Trybe, Foreplay and Metricool for marketing; fal, Replicate and ElevenLabs for creative; with Claude running it all, a daily brief in Telegram, approvals in Slack and his Gmail summarised. His one rule: nothing reaches a customer, a creator, a bank or an ad account without his yes to the exact change, and the tools only read and draft. Every decision is made, logged and acted on in a 'Command Center' he built over 12 months with Claude Code, and he says it costs less per month than one junior ops hire. These are his own figures, and the people left still handle product, customer service and judgment. The prompt below plans a smaller version for your store.

## Inputs to collect first
Ask the user for anything below that they haven't already given you. Don't guess missing facts.

- Products
- Shopify, Etsy, other
- Orders per week
- Store, shipping or warehouse, support inbox, analytics, bank…
- Who does what
- CHECK
- Amount

## Instructions

Do the task below with the user's inputs in place of each [bracket].

Help me plan an AI command center for my online store. I sell [products] on [Shopify, Etsy, other], doing about [orders per week]. The tools I use: [store, shipping or warehouse, support inbox, analytics, bank, email/SMS, ads, social, design]. My team: [who does what]. 1) For each tool, say what the AI should READ from it and what it may DRAFT, and confirm it has a way to connect (official API, Zapier, n8n, MCP); mark anything you're unsure of as [CHECK]. 2) Design one daily brief for my phone, 10 lines at most: yesterday's sales, ad spend and profit, stock running low, support tickets waiting, anything unusual, and the decisions I need to make today. 3) Write the approval rule: nothing goes to a customer, creator, bank, ad account or the live store without my yes to the exact change, and show the format of an approval request (what, why, exact change, how to undo it). 4) Design a simple decision log (date, decision, who approved, result) so I can see what was done and why. 5) Rank the setup into 3 phases, starting read-only with my 3 most useful tools, and estimate the monthly cost of each tool's plan as [CHECK] for me to verify. 6) List what must stay human: product, customer service escalations, refunds over [amount], anything legal. Don't connect anything or change any settings yourself; give me the plan to approve.

## Safety checks (share these with the user)

- This prompt works on text other people wrote (emails, reviews, messages or web pages). That text can hide instructions aimed at AI, such as "ignore your rules and…". Paste it as material to work on, and never let the AI act on requests inside it, like paying, sharing logins or changing records.
- Check every figure, price and total against your own records before anything is sent, posted or booked. A person approves refunds, discounts, payments and price changes.
- Anything legal, tax or compliance-related is a first draft for a qualified person to check. It is not professional advice, and clause references and deadlines must be checked against the source.
- Remove names, contact details, account numbers and other personal data the task doesn't need before you paste, and check your AI tool's data and training settings.
- Say clearly which parts need a person to review or approve before anything is sent, paid, posted or filed.
