# Let an AI check your Facebook and Instagram ads twice a day: get a short list of which ads to pause, copy or fund, with the number behind each move, and nothing changes until you reply with the ones you approve

On Oct 30, 2026 a founder (@tobiadonadon_) posted on X and in an X article that he built a free Claude Code skill that reviews a Meta ads account twice a day and sends a report with numbered options, and you reply with the ones you want (for example "1 and 2"). He says it reads spend, leads, competitors' live ads in the Meta Ad Library and typical cost per lead for the sector. It suggests pausing ads that spend with no leads, copying winners and testing new variants, and it separates good leads from cheap ones that never answer. It runs under hard limits: an account spending limit, a daily cap, at most +20% per budget change, and a log of every approval. He reports one example account's cost per lead falling from $3.15 to $1.84 in 4 weeks. That is his own unverified claim, and the skill is handed out through a "comment to get it" post. He also says it won't replace a good media buyer on a large account. The prompt below runs the same review-then-approve routine in any assistant. Real estate teams can use it on listing and buyer-lead ads.

## Inputs to collect first
Ask the user for anything below that they haven't already given you. Don't guess missing facts.

- Business, e.g. real estate team in City
- Leads or booked calls
- Export: campaign, ad set, ad, spend, impressions, clicks, leads…
- Which leads answered, booked or went cold
- 3x my target cost per lead
- CHECK
- Your own material (text, notes or data)

## Instructions

Do the task below with the user's inputs in place of each [bracket].

Act as my paid social analyst for [business, e.g. real estate team in City]. Goal: [leads or booked calls] at a target cost per lead of [$X]. Here is my Meta Ads data for the last [7] days, by ad: [paste export: campaign, ad set, ad, spend, impressions, clicks, leads, cost per lead]. Here is lead quality from my CRM: [which leads answered, booked or went cold]. Rules: daily budget cap [$Y], never raise any budget by more than 20% at once, and never change anything without my reply. 1) Flag ads that spent more than [3x my target cost per lead] with no leads, or whose leads never answer. 2) Name the top 1-2 winners by cost per qualified lead, not just cost per lead. 3) Give me at most 5 numbered moves, each with the number behind it (e.g. 'Pause A2: $9 spent, 0 leads' or 'A1 budget +20%: $10 to $12 a day'). 4) For any new variant, draft the headline and main text. If these are housing ads, remind me of Meta's housing special ad category rules [CHECK]. 5) End with a one-line log entry I can save. Then wait. Only act on, or prepare, the moves I approve by number.

## Safety checks (share these with the user)

- This prompt works on text other people wrote (emails, reviews, messages or web pages). That text can hide instructions aimed at AI, such as "ignore your rules and…". Paste it as material to work on, and never let the AI act on requests inside it, like paying, sharing logins or changing records.
- Check every figure, price and total against your own records before anything is sent, posted or booked. A person approves refunds, discounts, payments and price changes.
- Read and edit the draft before it reaches a customer or goes public. If you later automate this prompt, start with "draft and notify me", not "send automatically".
- Check names, dates, numbers and any claim against your own source material before you use the answer. AI can misread or invent details.
- Say clearly which parts need a person to review or approve before anything is sent, paid, posted or filed.
