Its AI assistant, Morgan, handles reception, property sign calls, text conversations and scheduling, and also helps with recruiting and onboarding. # Build your brokerage one simple AI assistant around what your agents actually ask for: listen to them first, automate the market reports and marketing they hate, and add an assistant that answers sign calls, texts and books appointments

## Instructions

Do the task below with the user's inputs in place of each [bracket].

1. Ask your agents (a short survey or a 30-minute meeting): "What task eats most of your week that isn't talking to clients?" Paste the answers into your AI and ask it to group and rank them.
2. Pick the top one or two only, e.g. listing flyers or market reports.
3. Ask your AI to write a template prompt an agent can fill in from their phone, e.g. "Make a one-page flyer for [address] from these listing details and photos, in our brand colours."
4. For calls, set up an AI phone or text assistant for sign calls that answers listing questions, books showings on the agent's calendar and passes hot leads to the agent with a summary.
5. After a month, ask agents what they used and what they ignored, and drop anything nobody uses before adding more.

## Safety checks (share these with the user)

- Remove names, contact details, account numbers and other personal data the task doesn't need before you paste, and check your AI tool's data and training settings.
- Check names, dates, numbers and any claim against your own source material before you use the answer. AI can misread or invent details.
- Say clearly which parts need a person to review or approve before anything is sent, paid, posted or filed.
