# Build a one-page sales call cockpit in 30 minutes: have AI make a browser tool with a 2-minute prep form, a branching script for gatekeepers and voicemail, your answers to every objection, a timer per stage and a call log that writes itself

New sellers freeze on calls because they don't know what to say next. In a play published Oct 26, 2026, AI Business Plays describes Alexander Hoff (@axhoff), whose new business gründerradar sells to tax advisors in Austria and who had never sold before. He spent 30 minutes with Claude building a call cockpit that runs in his browser: two minutes of prep fills in who he's calling and how they found him, and during the call it shows a 119-step script with paths for the secretary, voicemail or "just send me some info", 92 objections answered in advance, a time budget per stage and coaching notes like "ask, then wait". After the call the log writes itself. He reports 14 calls so far, one rejection, one paying customer and the rest positive, and is on version 3.2 of the script. It's self-reported and early. Real estate agents can build the same tool for expired-listing, FSBO or past-client calls, keeping each prospect's facts true and following do-not-call rules.

## Inputs to collect first
Ask the user for anything below that they haven't already given you. Don't guess missing facts.

- What you sell, to whom

## Instructions

Do the task below with the user's inputs in place of each [bracket].

1. Write down how leads reach you (booked a call, asked for a callback, went quiet, called you) and the objections you hear most.
2. Ask Claude or ChatGPT: "Build me a single-page HTML sales call cockpit I can open in my browser. Before the call: a 2-minute prep form (name, role, area, how they found me). During the call: a step-by-step script that uses the prep answers, one-tap branches for gatekeeper, voicemail and 'just send me info', and a searchable list of objections with my answers that takes me back to where I was. Show a timer with a budget per stage. After the call: write a log (who, source, objections, result, next step, length) I can copy in one click. My business: [what you sell, to whom]."
3. Save the file and open it in your browser. Do 3 practice calls with a friend.
4. After every few real calls, paste your logs and ask: "Which objections came up that my script doesn't handle well? Rewrite those answers."
5. Keep listening more than you talk; the script is a guide, not something to read word for word.

## Safety checks (share these with the user)

- Check every figure, price and total against your own records before anything is sent, posted or booked. A person approves refunds, discounts, payments and price changes.
- Remove names, contact details, account numbers and other personal data the task doesn't need before you paste, and check your AI tool's data and training settings.
- Read and edit the draft before it reaches a customer or goes public. If you later automate this prompt, start with "draft and notify me", not "send automatically".
- Check names, dates, numbers and any claim against your own source material before you use the answer. AI can misread or invent details.
- Say clearly which parts need a person to review or approve before anything is sent, paid, posted or filed.
