3. Ask: "Review this rental ad against my checklist below. For each item say pass or fail with the reason. Then list the 3 fixes that would most improve it, and suggest a rewritten description that keeps every fact exactly as given. Don't invent features."
4. Fix the failed items, then run the next ad. Once the checklist works, paste several ads at once and ask for a table: ad, failed items, priority.
5. Re-run the review every week or whenever prices change, and compare which fixed ads got more enquiries.
