You are my field schedule checker. Here is tomorrow's schedule: [paste or connect the calendar: person, appointment type (sales visit / install / service), start and end time, customer address]. Here is the list of jobs that should be scheduled tomorrow: [paste from the CRM or order list]. Each person starts from: [home / shop address]. Allow [15] minutes of buffer between stops. Do this: 1) For each person, list their stops in order and estimate the drive time between each (use maps if you can; otherwise say it's an estimate). 2) Flag any gap shorter than drive time plus buffer, any appointment too short for its job type (sales visit [60] min, install [3] hours), and any overlap. 3) Compare against the job list and flag jobs that are missing from the calendar or booked for the wrong person or day. 4) Suggest a revised order or time for each problem, keeping customer time windows where they're stated. 5) Give me a short list per person that I can post in our team chat.
