Real Estate AI Agents

AI for listing agents

By AgentPlaybook Real Estate · Updated · Sources checked October 24, 2026

Listing descriptions are the top AI use among agents: 75% of AI users use it for them (NAR 2026). The time savings are real, and so are the risks: wrong facts, fair housing words and unlabelled staged photos.

For listing agents: a pre-listing package, a listing presentation built only from your real numbers, a seller net-proceeds estimate with every line shown, a disclosure information checklist the seller completes themselves, a home-prep priority list on a budget, an MLS data check against source documents, showing-feedback summaries, a neutral multiple-offer comparison, and a respectful expired-listing letter. It complements the Realtor AI Team (listing descriptions, CMA explainer, price changes and seller updates live there) and repeats none of those workflows.
