Fill in the facts you give everyone: rent, what is included, pets, smoking, how to book a viewing and how to apply. You get one email and one short text that repeat those facts and the same next step. It runs in your browser, never decides who gets a viewing, and reminds you not to ask about family, religion, disability or how someone is paid. Open the draft in ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini if you want it polished.

No. It repeats the facts and the next step you typed. A person still decides viewings and applications. Giving everyone the same information is the point.
Is this a fair housing or human-rights review?
No. It is a drafting aid with reminders. It will not catch every risky phrase. Run the result through the fair housing listing checker and read it yourself before you send it.
What about Ontario screening rules?
Ontario's Human Rights Code covers rental ads and screening. Income can be considered only together with credit references, rental history and credit checks (O. Reg. 290/98). The tool will not add a rent-to-income cutoff. This is not legal advice.
Does it send the inquiry anywhere?
No. The email and text are assembled in your browser. Your name and company are saved only on this device. Nothing is sent unless you press an Open in AI button.
