No. It writes the words for a tour you already host (Matterport, Zillow 3D Home, video, and so on). Matterport Professional plans start around $108/mo for active spaces (third-party check Nov 1, 2026); confirm on Matterport.

What if I leave the room list blank?

The script marks [CHECK] instead of inventing a path. Add the real order from your walkthrough.

Will it invent square footage?
