Find faster or better replacements that developers are adopting right now (example swaps: pip -> uv, node -> bun, eslint -> a faster linter). For the top [3] candidates, try each one on a separate branch, run our [tests / build / CI], and measure the difference (time, size, errors). If a swap is a clear win, write a short, no-fluff summary for [CTO / team lead]: the gains in a table with percentages, a step-by-step migration guide, and the drawbacks.
