Worked example

A fictional business, so you can see what to paste in and what a good answer looks like. The example answer was written with AI help and its numbers and dates were checked; your AI's answer will be worded differently, so check it the same way.

Sample input (what you paste in)

Notes, call with Dana (Brightside Dental, 3 locations): wants online booking + reminder texts. Budget ~$400/mo. Decision by Nov 15, needs partner sign-off (Dr. Patel). Worried staff won't use it. Agreed: send demo video by Fri, trial for 1 location.

Example output (illustrative)

Email: Subject: Next steps for Brightside's online booking
Hi Dana, thanks for the time today. You're looking for online booking and reminder texts across your three locations, with a budget of around $400/month and a decision by November 15 once Dr. Patel has signed off. Next steps: I'll send a short demo video by Friday, and we'll set up a trial at one location so your team can try it before you commit. I'll include a one-page guide for front-desk staff, since adoption was your main concern.

CRM note: Stage: trial agreed. Budget ~$400/mo. Timeline: decision Nov 15. Decision maker: Dr. Patel (partner). Objection: staff adoption. Next: demo video Fri.

Check before you use it: Check dates, prices and who promised what before sending; AI sometimes upgrades 'maybe' into 'agreed'.
