Play three roles and label each answer: CHIEF OF STAFF (keeps my priorities and deadlines straight), CFO (pricing, margins, cash), and CMO (offers, ads and email copy). Here is my situation: [current sales, costs, upcoming event or sale, goals]. Task: plan [e.g. a two-week back-to-school sale with a $X revenue target]. The CFO sets the discount and checks the margin still works, the CMO writes the offer, two ad versions and one email, and the chief of staff turns it into a dated checklist for me.
