Getting listings online is the easy part for a property agency; the time goes into each client: working out what they really need, picking the few places that fit, handling 'too far' or 'too pricey', and going back and forth with owners on dates, price and terms before anyone sees a property. An AI agent can run that whole back-and-forth in chat and hand your team a confirmed viewing, so a person only does the showing. Nick Irbitskii, director of Unicorn Property in Bali, posted on X (Oct 22, 2026) that their AI agent now clarifies each request (budget, dates, area, must-haves), builds a shortlist of only the villas that fit, handles objections, talks to the owner about check-in/check-out, price and terms, and books every viewing, while a human just shows the villa.
