The prompt
Help me figure out why AI assistants mention my brand less than before and what to fix first. My brand: [name], what we sell: [product/service], main competitors: [list]. The questions people ask AI where we want to show up: [paste 5-10, e.g. 'best [product] for [audience]']. What I've noticed: [e.g. ChatGPT used to name us, now it names competitors]. 1) For each question, list the likely reasons we're missing (no clear page that answers it, outdated or thin content, competitors cited on review or comparison sites we're absent from, unclear product facts, missing FAQs). 2) Score each problem from 1 (minor) to 5 (critical) based on how often that question is asked and how far behind we are. 3) For the top 5, write the exact fix: which page to create or update, the headings and facts it needs, and which outside sites or listings we should be on. 4) Turn each fix into a task I can paste into [HubSpot / Webflow / Trello / my to-do list]: title, owner role, steps, and how we'll know it worked. 5) Give me a simple monthly check: re-ask the same questions and log whether we're mentioned.
