In one week his Grok Bot saved him $3,500 a year on property insurance with more coverage than before, categorized every business transaction year to date for his accountant, and handled the inquiries on a rental listing: 34 prospective tenants filled out pre-screening, the answers went into a Google Sheet, and it booked 8 tours after texting his current tenants from a Google Voice number to find showing times. It is self-reported. Compare coverage line by line before you switch policies, ask every applicant the same questions to stay inside fair housing rules, and give current tenants proper notice before showings.
