Turn the people who comment on posts in your niche into webinar invites, not sales pitches: have Claude collect commenters on topic posts, score each against your ideal client, and draft a simple invite only for the best fits: AI agent prompt

On Nov 3, 2026, Pietro Montaldo (@PietroMontaldo), who says he built his AI training company solo to 15 corporate clients and 500+ individual customers in 2026, shared the Claude system he runs it with, packaged as one plugin for Claude Cowork or Claude Code. One skill finds posts in his niche that match the topic of an upcoming free webinar; the next collects the people who commented, enriches them with Clay, checks them against his ideal customer profile and helps draft a simple invite to the free webinar, with no call offers or paid products, which he says gets a 30% response rate. A lead-qualifier subagent on a cheaper model scores everyone 0 to 5 and he only reaches out to 4s and 5s. Everything checks his lead ledger and Notion CRM first so nobody is messaged twice. Other skills review his inbox, LinkedIn DMs and bookings, and recommend follow-ups. He built and tested each skill separately for a few weeks before bundling them. Agents and brokers can use the same pattern to invite people to a first-time buyer or seller seminar.

The prompt

1. Pick one free event you're already running (webinar, homebuyer seminar, open-house tour night) and write two lines on who it's for.
2. Write your ideal-client profile in five bullets and a 0-5 scoring rule (5 = perfect fit, 0 = not a fit).
3. Find 5-10 recent public posts on that topic in your niche. Export or copy the commenters' names, headlines and comments (use a scraping or enrichment tool only within the platform's terms).
4. Ask Claude: "Score each commenter 0-5 against my profile and say why in one line. Remove anyone already in my CRM or contacted list: [paste list]."
5. For 4s and 5s only: "Draft a short, personal invite to [event] that mentions their comment. No pitch, no call offer, no links to paid products." Send them yourself, one by one.
6. Log who you invited, the date and the reply in your CRM so nobody is messaged twice. Build and test this one step before adding more automation.
