Stop re-teaching every new AI tool about your business: keep one shared 'AI Brain' folder in Google Drive that Claude, ChatGPT and your other bots all read, and have the AI update it at the end of each day: AI agent prompt

In a Nov 4, 2026 Canada Growth Network Power Hour write-up, Pritinder (Prince) Singh, owner of the marketing agency Tru Creatives, explains how half of his team of 20 is now bots, and why they all start from one shared 'AI brain': a plain Google Drive folder with files on who the business is, what it sells, its rules, its voice, its goals and each type of client. Claude, ChatGPT and his other bots all read the same folder, so when he moved from ChatGPT to Claude he didn't have to start over, and his Claude chat can answer 'Who are our current clients?' because it reads the brain. His bots handle email, ads, posts and GoHighLevel builds while people check the details; one bot built a podcast booking system in three days. He says his workday dropped from about ten hours to five or six. He tried Obsidian and found a Drive folder enough.

The prompt

1. Create a Google Drive folder called AI Brain.
2. Add short documents: who we are and what we sell; our rules (pricing, what we never promise, compliance); our voice (with 3 real examples of messages we liked); our goals this quarter; and one file per type of client (e.g. first-time buyers, sellers, investors).
3. Install Google Drive for desktop so the folder is on your computer, then attach or connect it in each AI tool you use (a Claude Project, a ChatGPT project, your other assistants).
4. Start each chat with: "Read the AI Brain folder first. Use it for facts, rules and tone. If something I ask isn't covered, say so instead of guessing."
5. Test it with a question only your business would know, like "Who are our current clients and what does each one need from us this month?"
6. At the end of each day, ask: "Review today's chats. List anything new we learned about clients, rules or voice, and draft the exact edits to the AI Brain files." Check the edits yourself before saving them.
7. Keep private data (ID numbers, banking, anything you're not allowed to share with AI tools) out of the folder.
