Help me plan a short listing video where I (or an AI presenter) present the home. Listing details: [address or area, price, beds/baths, size, key features, anything recently renovated]. My photos, in order: [list each photo with the room it shows]. Who I'm trying to reach: [e.g. first-time buyers, downsizers, investors]. My name and brokerage: [details]. 1) Pick the 6-8 best photos and put them in a viewing order that tells a story, from the street to the best room. 2) Say which 2-3 scenes should show the presenter talking to camera (open rooms like the living room or kitchen work best) and which should be photo only. 3) Write a script for each scene, under 60-75 seconds in total, in a warm, plain, first-person voice, starting with a hook in the first 3 seconds and ending with a clear next step (book a showing, link in bio). 4) Write on-screen subtitles and a caption for Instagram and one for TikTok. Use only facts from the listing details above; don't describe the neighbourhood by who lives there, don't promise anything about value or schools, and flag anything I should double-check. Add the line 'This video uses an AI-generated presenter' for me to put in the caption.
