Zoho updated its Campaigns marketing platform (reported by Ecommerce News Australia, October 30, 2026) so compatible AI agents can build, schedule and analyse campaigns through MCP (an open standard that lets AI agents use business software) within the permissions a business sets, with review and approval controls. Email, SMS and WhatsApp now run in one workflow with frequency caps so contacts aren't messaged too often. Zoho's examples include asking an agent to review recent campaigns to find a strong performer and adapt it, or to build a re-engagement campaign for contacts who have been inactive for a set period. Paid plans start at $4 a month and there is a free plan for up to 500 contacts. The prompt below works in any AI assistant with your own campaign results, whichever email tool you use.
