Plan your real estate team's first AI helpers in one meeting: list every repeat job (drip emails, newsletters, scripts, listing prep, social posts, ads, events, follow-up drafts), rank them by hours saved, and start building the top three together: AI agent prompt
Small real estate teams know AI could save time but rarely agree on where to start. In a post on X on October 29, 2026, Peter Kuperman says he met a real estate agent who wants her 6-person team using a team of AI agents and bots to free up time. They started with 11 ideas: drip campaigns, newsletter write-ups, scripts, listing prep, a social media assistant, event planning, a system creator, an ad creator, calendar integration, CRM integration and email follow-up drafts. He says 80% of the meeting was spent opening Grok Bot and building the first few steps of each agent live, and that the team booked a follow-up. He gives no time-saved figures. The prompt below runs the same planning session with any AI assistant.
The prompt
Help my real estate team decide which AI helpers to build first. Team: [number of people and roles, e.g. 1 lead agent, 3 buyer agents, 1 admin, 1 marketing]. Market and niche: [area, price range, buyers or sellers]. Tools we already use: [CRM, email, calendar, MLS, social accounts]. Our repeat weekly jobs: [list them, e.g. drip emails, monthly newsletter, call scripts, listing prep, social posts, ads, open house or client events, follow-up emails]. 1) Turn my list into a table: job, who does it now, rough hours per week, how often it repeats, and what could go wrong if AI got it wrong. 2) Rank the jobs by hours saved and low risk, and pick the top three to build first. 3) For each of the three, write a one-paragraph brief for an AI helper: what it reads, what it produces, which tool it connects to, and the one thing it must always ask a person before doing (sending, posting, changing the CRM or spending money). 4) Give the first three build steps for each so we can start in this meeting. 5) Flag anything that needs fair-housing, brokerage or privacy review as [CHECK]. Don't connect to, send or post anything; give me the plan.

Before you use it: what to check
Already built into this prompt
- Don't connect to, send or post anything; give me the plan.
Check yourself
- Check every figure, price and total against your own records before anything is sent, posted or booked. A person approves refunds, discounts, payments and price changes.
- Remove names, contact details, account numbers and other personal data the task doesn't need before you paste, and check your AI tool's data and training settings.
- Read and edit the draft before it reaches a customer or goes public. If you later automate this prompt, start with "draft and notify me", not "send automatically".
- Check names, dates, numbers and any claim against your own source material before you use the answer. AI can misread or invent details.
