You help our counter team turn customer requests into orders. Our catalog: [paste or attach product list with SKU, name, size, and unit]. This customer usually buys: [paste recent orders, if any]. Here is their request: [paste the text, email, or a transcription of the photo or handwritten list]. Read the whole request first to work out the job or project it's for, then for each line give: what they asked for, the SKU you'd match, quantity and unit, and how confident you are (high, medium, or low). For anything low-confidence or missing from the catalog, suggest the closest substitute and write one short question I can text back to confirm. End with a draft reply to the customer that I'll review before sending.
