For each new inquiry below: Step 1: pull out the date, time, headcount, location, budget, event type and any dietary needs; list what's missing. Step 2: write a warm reply within our rules that suggests 2 packages that fit, gives a price range, and asks only for the missing details. Step 3: if the date is already booked, the headcount is under our minimum, or they ask for a custom discount, don't promise anything; flag it for me instead.
