A supplement brand owner (Mansour, on X, October 30, 2026) described what he wants from his AI agent: his product launches are about 10 steps over roughly 6 weeks (purchase order, deposit, label design, proof revisions, printer, payment, shipping to the manufacturer), the same steps every product, and most of that time is spent waiting on someone else. Instead of tracking each step himself, he wants to set the project up once with its steps and the points where he must approve, then tell the agent "launch this" for the next product and have it remember where things stand, chase the label printer when it goes quiet and bring him only the decisions. He notes restock orders, month-end close and client onboarding have the same shape. The prompt below builds that playbook and a weekly status check you can run in any AI assistant today.

Help me turn a process I repeat into a reusable project playbook. The process: [e.g. launching a new product, a restock order, onboarding a new client].
