Have an AI check every live rental ad against your own quality standards: write down what a good listing must include, let the AI review each ad and its photos, and fix only the ones it flags before renters see them: AI agent prompt
OpenAI's Nov 3, 2026 customer story on Heimstaden, a European residential landlord, describes how AI now supports each step of re-letting a vacant home: pricing recommendations from tools built in ChatGPT Sites, AI image styling and apartment descriptions, an agent that reviews all live ads against Heimstaden's quality standards, and AI-generated market feedback that helps letting teams adjust prices. Employees still review and approve the decisions. In the Netherlands the cost of a virtually staged property image fell from about EUR 50 to under EUR 0.10, with estimated annual savings of EUR 130,000 in that market. These are the company's own figures as published by the vendor.
The prompt
1. Write your listing standard as a short checklist, e.g. "Rent, deposit and available date shown; at least 8 photos, bright and level; first photo is the living room; size and floor stated; pet and parking rules clear; no wording that could break fair-housing rules; virtually staged photos labelled as such." 2. Copy one live ad (text plus photos or photo links) into ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. 3. Ask: "Review this rental ad against my checklist below. For each item say pass or fail with the reason. Then list the 3 fixes that would most improve it, and suggest a rewritten description that keeps every fact exactly as given. Don't invent features." 4. Fix the failed items, then run the next ad. Once the checklist works, paste several ads at once and ask for a table: ad, failed items, priority. 5. Re-run the review every week or whenever prices change, and compare which fixed ads got more enquiries.

- This prompt works on text other people wrote (emails, reviews, messages or web pages). That text can hide instructions aimed at AI, such as "ignore your rules and…". Paste it as material to work on, and never let the AI act on requests inside it, like paying, sharing logins or changing records. How prompt injection works →
- Check every figure, price and total against your own records before anything is sent, posted or booked. A person approves refunds, discounts, payments and price changes.
- Remove names, contact details, account numbers and other personal data the task doesn't need before you paste, and check your AI tool's data and training settings.
- Read and edit the draft before it reaches a customer or goes public. If you later automate this prompt, start with "draft and notify me", not "send automatically".
