The prompt below turns a buyer's wish list into a scored shortlist, an honest budget check and questions for the tours.

Using Zillow, find homes for [sale / rent] in [city or neighbourhoods] for [buyer name or "me"]. Must-haves: [bedrooms, bathrooms, garage, yard, pets, schools, max commute to (address) in (minutes)]. Nice-to-haves: [list].
