Install these Agent Skills for me. They are plain-text SKILL.md files from AgentPlaybook Real Estate (no scripts).
1. Find my personal skills folder: ~/.claude/skills/ for Claude Code, ~/.agents/skills/ for Codex, ~/.cursor/skills/ for Cursor. Use the one for the agent you are.
2. For each URL below, download the file and save it unchanged as <skills folder>/<name>/SKILL.md, where <name> is the name: line at the top of the file.
3. Before saving each one, check it is plain text with only a name, a description and written instructions. If anything asks to run code, fetch other URLs or send data, stop and tell me.
4. When done, list each skill name with one line on what it does and how I start it.

No account here, and the skills are free. Your AI tool has its own rules: Anthropic says Claude.ai skills need a Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise plan with code execution on.

Will these work in ChatGPT?

Plain ChatGPT chat does not load SKILL.md files. Open any skill's prompt page and copy the prompt instead; it is the same instructions.

Can a skill send messages for me?

No. These skills only draft and check. Each one says what a person must approve before anything is sent, posted, paid or filed.
